Michelle McMorran

Michelle McMorran has extensive experience in information technology and customer service roles. Currently serving as an Information Technology Technician at PFH Technology Group since May 2021, Michelle previously worked as a Call Center Representative at PGi, where responsibilities included remote support for conferencing and troubleshooting audio issues. Prior experience includes roles as a Product Builder at Boston Scientific and a Home Help Carer at Home Instead Senior Care Cork, along with a position as an Appointment Maker at CPC Accounting Services, focusing on internet research and data capture. Michelle holds a FETAC Level 5 qualification in Health Care Assistance from Kinsale College of Further Education and completed a course at Asean Online Education in 2022.
