Seamus Roche

Seamus Roche has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Seamus is currently working as the Head of Managed Services for Enterprise Accounts at PFH Technology Group since 2022. Prior to this, they were employed at PGi for several roles including Senior Director of Global Customer Success and Director of International Customer Care, where they handled responsibilities such as team management, customer retention, and process improvements. Seamus also worked at The Cork Medical Centre Private Hospital and UPMC in managerial positions related to healthcare administration. Additionally, they gained experience at AOL as a Resource Planning Specialist and Sales Team Lead.

Seamus Roche obtained their Bachelor's degree in Commercial Software Development from the Waterford Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1999 to 2003.
