Matt Smooke

Matt Smooke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program delivery and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Program Delivery Manager and Account Manager at PFI Tech since May 2012, Matt oversees Desktop/Laptop and Print support activities at the Boeing San Antonio site while also acting as an onsite project manager for large customer projects. Previously, Matt worked as a Site Manager at PFITech from October 2006 to February 2012, managing support operations, and as a Site Lead providing Texas IT support for POS systems at Hooters of America from January 2003 to February 2005. An alumnus of Stephen F. Austin State University, Matt's technical expertise is complemented by a solid foundation in IT service management.
