PFISTERER
Michal Svoboda has a diverse work experience in finance and controlling roles. Michal is currently the Head of Finance at PFISTERER since July 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Edgewell Personal Care as a Controlling Manager for five years, where they were responsible for planning, budgeting, monthly closing, and analysis. Michal also managed a team of four finance controllers and provided finance analysis for the management of the plant and finance department. Before that, they held the position of Financial Advisor at Partners Financial Services, a.s., and served as the CFO at CENTROPOL Group, overseeing eight companies including CENTROPOL ENERGY and CENTROPOL TELECOM. Michal began their career as a Finance Manager at Schiedel, a chimney systems company, and then served as the Head of Controlling Department at Bilfinger Industrial Services Czech.
Michal Svoboda attended Czech Technical University in Prague from 1995 to 2000. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree with a specialization in Management and Economy of a Company.
