Amy Butters

Amy Butters has over two decades of experience in human resources and business operations. Currently serving as the Director of Business Operations at Pfizer since October 2003, Amy has also held positions including Associate Director of Site Communications & Public Relations and Senior Human Resources Consultant. Prior to joining Pfizer, Amy worked at Baxter from June 2001 to January 2003 as the Director of Human Resources and at General Mills from December 1990 to June 2001 as the Manager of Human Resources. Amy holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Ottawa University and a Bachelor’s degree in Labor Studies from Penn State University.
