Arlene Waugh is currently a Manager of Global Transportation Solutions, External Engagement, where they oversee the Readiness team and develop strategies for communications related to temperature control technology. They also serve as the Business Process Operations Lead for Global Transportation Solutions, focusing on efficiency and continuous improvement. Arlene began their career at Pfizer as a summer intern in the Outcomes Research group, later working in Regulatory Affairs, and transitioning to various roles in leadership and operations. They earned an MBA from the University of Rhode Island in 2018 and have experience as a Communications Instructor and Enrollment Information Specialist. Outside of work, Arlene enjoys family time, beach days, and exploring new low-carb recipes.
