Basha'sroles have included managerial and subject matter expert positions in global compliance, risk management, manufacturing, quality operations, and product development. During their tenure, they have led the oversight of sterile and non-sterile operations, established quality frameworks and audit programs, and managed the development and transfer of manufacturing processes. Basha retired in 2019 after a successful career.
