Brett Obara is a seasoned support professional with over 15 years of IT leadership experience, currently serving as the Director of AMER Service Desk Operations at Pfizer since 2011. Previously, Brett held the positions of Manager of Help Desk Operations and Associate Director of IS Outsourcing Operations at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. In addition to extensive experience in end-user support and Help Desk Operations, Brett is skilled in program and project management, and is recognized for developing talent and engaging with all levels of management.
