Chrystal Wagner

Chrystal Wagner is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate audit and financial controls. Currently serving as Director of Corporate Audit and Director of Consolidation Services at Pfizer since June 2011, Chrystal oversees the company's audit functions and consolidation processes. Prior to Pfizer, Chrystal held the position of Director of IFRS and Financial Controls at ITOCHU International Inc., managing IFRS conversion and financial controls for North America. Experience at Bristol-Myers Squibb included managing corporate business controls across various functions to ensure compliance with SOX 404, along with previous roles in financial control and accounting management at ConvaTec. Early career stages included positions as Cost Analyst at Miller Brewing Company and Audit Senior at BDO, building a solid foundation in audit and financial analysis.
