Doug McHugh has been with Pfizer since 2004, currently serving as the Digital PGS Creation Center lead and a member of the Pfizer Global Supply Executive Leadership Team. In this capacity, Doug leads the Manufacturing, Supply, and Quality Digital Creation Center. Previously, Doug held roles as Vice President and Digital Client Partner for the Pfizer Global Supply and Finance divisions, focusing on digital strategy and transformation. As Vice President for PGS BT, responsibilities included overseeing ERP solutions and data science initiatives across global manufacturing plants. Doug's career began at Merck, where a progression from Manager to Senior Director included significant roles in Biotechnology and SAP. Doug earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Washington and Lee University.
