Elsa Rive Boukadoum is currently the Director of Channel Alliances in the Chief Marketing Office at Pfizer. Previously, they served as Director of Biogen Digital Health Ventures, focusing on global ecosystem engagement from 2022 to 2023. As a founding member and lead of the Galien Awards for startups in digital health and equity since 2014, they have contributed significantly to the field through their non-profit involvement. Elsa also held various roles in business development and marketing within the medical devices and digital health sectors, and they have taught as a university lecturer at Columbia University from 2014 to 2018. They earned a Master of Sciences in Biomedical Engineering from Institut Polytech in 2011.
