Frank Kotch serves as the Technology & Innovation Lead for the Biotherapeutics Pharmaceutical Sciences within Pfizer's Bioprocess R&D Organization since December 2010. In this role, Frank leads technology and innovation initiatives, evaluates cutting-edge manufacturing technologies, and recently restructured governance to enhance strategic impact. Previously, Frank has held prominent positions as a Senior Principal Scientist and Principal Scientist, contributing significantly to antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), mRNA vaccine development for COVID-19, and early-stage biopharmaceuticals. Educationally, Frank holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Penn State University and a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Maryland.
