George Galanis

George Galanis has extensive work experience in supply chain management and operations. George began their career at Merck & Co. as a Supply Chain Analyst, where they assisted in coordinating product distribution and developing solutions to improve supply chain operations. George then joined UnitedHealth Group, where they held various roles, including Supply Chain Manager, Senior Supply Chain Manager, Director of Supply Chain Management, Senior Director of Supply Chain Management, and Vice President of Supply Chain Management. In these positions, they focused on developing and implementing strategic plans, optimizing efficiency and productivity, and overseeing major project implementations. George currently works at Pfizer as the Senior Vice President of Operations, responsible for developing strategic plans, overseeing operational departments, and setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth.

George Galanis earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Harvard University between 1981 and 1985. George then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Harvard University from 1991 to 1993.
