Heather Garner has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical supply chain, demonstrating strong leadership in project management, contracting, compliance, trade operations, and customer service. They worked at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals from 2006 to 2015, where they managed customer and pricing master data, Sarbanes Oxley compliance, and vaccines business operations. Currently, they serve as the Director of Command Center Operations and Account Analysis at Pfizer, having previously held various leadership roles, including Director of Comirnaty Operations and Senior Contracts Manager. Garner began their career at Rhone-Poulenc Rorer and Wyeth, focusing on national account management and customer service. They hold a B.S. in Business Administration from Albright College and an Associate's degree in Office Skills and Technology from Montgomery County Community College.
