Jennifer Webster

Jennifer Webster has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and technology industries. Jennifer started their career in 2005 as a Senior Research Associate at the Translational Genomics Research Institute. Later, they worked as a Data Analyst at Qualcomm, where they developed automated reports and real-time dashboards.

In 2010, Jennifer joined Desert Oasis Healthcare as a Study Analyst, managing multiple investigator-initiated studies and overseeing data quality programs. Jennifer then transitioned to Kaiser Permanente as a Statistical Research Analyst, where they designed and executed analysis plans for various health research projects.

In 2012, Jennifer joined Innovative Oncology Business Solutions as a Data Scientist, providing analytics and guidance to oncology practices participating in value-based payment contracts. Jennifer also served as a Data Manager for the COME HOME Program, responsible for designing and maintaining a large oncology dataset.

Jennifer's career progressed to Integra Connect, where they held various leadership positions. As VP of Analytics, they developed interactive dashboards and predictive models for clinical and claims-based quality reporting. Later, as VP of Analytics and Data Solutions, they led the product team responsible for building and maintaining the Integra Intelligence analytics solution. Jennifer also drove AI/ML adoption within the company.

Currently, Jennifer holds the position of Head, Evidence Generation Platforms & Partnerships at Pfizer. Jennifer leads a team responsible for supporting evidence generation systems, real-world data partnerships, RWE workflows and governance, and RWE/I/D innovation.

Throughout their career, Jennifer has demonstrated expertise in data analysis, analytics solution development, and evidence generation in the healthcare industry.

Jennifer Webster obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Bryn Mawr College in 2003. Jennifer later pursued statistics at Texas A&M University from 2008 to 2011.
