Jill Rabe

Jill Rabe is currently the Director, PX Lead for Early-Stage Oncology at Pfizer, where they leverage over 20 years of HR experience to develop and implement strategies that align with the company’s vision and mission. Previously, Jill held various HR leadership roles, including Associate Director of Human Resources at Seagen and HR Manager for Europe Express, supporting dual responsibilities across global teams. They also served notable positions at Boeing, managing HR functions for multiple programs and locations. Jill is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management at Capella University.
