Kate Desai

Kate Desai is currently a Corporate Counsel at Pfizer, specializing in regulatory law. Previously, they served as a Director of Regulatory Legal at Organon and worked as an Associate in the FDA and Life Sciences practice at King & Spalding. Kate's career includes significant experience as Regulatory Counsel in the FDA’s Office of the Commissioner, where they developed agency guidance and policy, and as a Legislative Attorney at the Congressional Research Service, advising on food and drug law matters. Kate earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University and is pursuing a Doctor of Law degree at Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.
