Komal Gaur, MD, is currently serving as the Therapy Lead for Rare Diseases at Pfizer, having previously held various roles including Medical Advisor and Senior Medical Advisor in multiple therapeutic areas. Komal has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, beginning with a role as Medical Advisor for International Business at Alkem Laboratories Ltd., where they managed several portfolios and provided medical support for product launches. They completed their Doctor of Medicine in Pharmacology at Pramukhswami Medical College, along with a Professional Diploma in Clinical Research from Catalyst Clinical Services. Prior to their current position, Komal also worked as a Drug Safety Physician at Apcer Pharma and held a Pharmacology residency at Pramukhswami Medical College.
