Laurence Flint

Laurence Flint, MD, FAAP, currently serves as the Director of Vaccine Clinical Research and Development at Pfizer, where responsibilities include overseeing global clinical vaccine trials and ensuring patient safety. With extensive experience as a Pediatric Hospitalist and Vice Chair of the Department of Pediatrics at Newton Medical Center, Laurence has also contributed as a medical writer and consultant from 2014 to 2021, focusing on pediatric product research and regulatory affairs. Prior roles include leadership positions in clinical research at Novartis Consumer Health and Merck, regulatory science at Johnson & Johnson, and an adjunct professorship at Rutgers University. Laurence holds an MD from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and is pursuing a Master of Public Health. Additionally, Laurence possesses multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA and an MS in Biology.
