Marlon Liyanage

Marlon Liyanage serves as an Associate Director in Clinical Pharmacology (Oncology) at Pfizer since January 2023, previously holding the position of Manager in the same field. Prior to this role, Marlon worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow in Clinical Pharmacology at UC San Diego from July 2021 to January 2023 and gained experience as a Pharmacy Intern at UC San Diego Health from February 2019 to February 2021. Marlon also completed a Clinical Pharmacology Externship at the FDA in late 2020, focusing on pediatric studies under regulatory acts, and an externship at Pfizer in August 2020. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from UC San Diego, along with prior education at UC Santa Barbara.
