Matthew Jeffreys

Matthew Jeffreys currently serves as a Principal Scientist in Medicinal Chemistry and Molecular Design at Pfizer, leading a critical small molecule oncology project since January 2022. Prior experience includes working as an Investigator at GSK from July 2017 to January 2022, where Matthew developed a parallel medicinal chemistry strategy focused on immunoinflammation. Matthew's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Stanford University, where research involved total synthesis of natural products and novel reagents, along with various teaching assistant roles. An undergraduate research fellow at Boston College, Matthew earned dual degrees in Chemistry and Economics.
