Michalis Lapokonstantakis is the Pfizer Hellas Digital Lead and a member of the country leadership team responsible for Greece, Cyprus, and Malta since 2011. They are accountable for driving the digital strategy and have introduced the Digital Champions Group to enhance digital transformation. With extensive experience in managing complex projects, they have successfully led transformation initiatives including SAP implementations and other technology solutions. Michalis holds a Bachelor and Master of Science in Technology from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
