Paul Norton is a national award-winning leader in Market Access and Reimbursement, specializing in rare diseases, including immunology, rheumatology, and oncology. With a proven track record of success, they have excelled in building teams and launching new Buy & Bill and Specialty Pharmacy brands. Paul’s experience encompasses roles at prominent companies such as MedImmune, Biogen, and Pfizer, where they demonstrated expertise in resolving patient access barriers and collaborating with various stakeholders. Currently, they serve as the Director of Field Access at Pfizer, continuing to drive impactful initiatives in the Central Region. Paul is also pursuing studies at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
