Qiaoli Chen

Qiaoli (Lily) Chen is a seasoned professional in clinical data management, currently serving as the Director and Senior Asset Lead at Pfizer since February 2019, overseeing multiple Paxlovid trials and ensuring data capture standards and delivery. Previously, Qiaoli held roles at Bayer as Associate Director and Manager, where leadership in data management activities for significant trials, including the integration of VITRAKVI®, was demonstrated. Experience at Novartis included leading the data management team for pivotal CAR-T therapy trials, with notable contributions to the approval of Kymriah®. Earlier positions at Synta Pharmaceuticals and Boston Children's Hospital further strengthened data management expertise, providing mentorship and drafting project budgets.
