Russell Calouro

Russell Calouro has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having worked at Pfizer since December 1985 in various roles related to solid dosage manufacturing. Key positions include CSM-Groton Manufacturing Coordinator and Operational Team Lead, Director of Drug Product Manufacturing at Pfizer WRD, and Senior Manager in Manufacturing. Calouro has overseen the development and manufacture of solid dosage forms for both clinical and commercial use, demonstrating expertise in pre-manufacturing setup, manufacturing technology, and quality assurance. Additional responsibilities have included people management and providing quality guidance within manufacturing operations. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Leadership from Penn State University, Calouro also possesses training in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
