Sean Keefe, PharmD, BCOP, is an accomplished oncology pharmacist with extensive experience in clinical pharmacy and medical science liaison roles. They served as the first oncology pharmacy specialist at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs from 2006 to 2023, where they developed clinical workflows and ensured optimal medication management for oncology patients. As an adjunct clinical assistant professor at UMKC College of Pharmacy from 2007 to 2016, they pioneered an oncology elective and provided comprehensive education in hematology and oncology pharmacy. Currently, Sean holds the position of Field Medical Director at Pfizer, focusing on malignant hematology, and continues their education in pharmacy at the University of Florida and the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus.
