Susan Martin is currently the Senior Director, People Experience Lead at Pfizer, where they partner with Business Innovation leaders to drive engagement and implement strategic talent plans. With extensive experience in human resources, they previously held roles as Director and Senior Manager of HR at Pfizer, where they developed structured approaches to change and coached managers across various divisions. Susan began their career as a Human Resources Generalist at CIGNA, providing strategic support across the New England region. They are pursuing an MBA in Human Resources Management at the University of Connecticut and hold a BA in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
