Yu Zhang is a dedicated professional with a strong background in gut microbiology and regulatory affairs. Currently serving as a PhD Researcher Assistant at ETH Zürich since October 2020, Yu has previous experience as a Gut Biology and Microbiology Intern at Danone Early Life Nutrition, focusing on the screening of bifidobacteria and human milk oligosaccharides. In addition, Yu has worked at Pfizer as a Regulatory Affairs Senior Specialist, responsible for creating submission packages for regulatory agencies.
