Ole Scharpen

Ole Scharpen currently serves as the Senior Team Lead Key Account Management at Pflegia since August 2025. Previously, Ole held leadership roles at Vytal Global, including Head of Operations for EUR and Head of Partner Management from March 2022 to August 2025. As a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at digitell.me GmbH from July 2019 to December 2022, Ole contributed significantly to the organization. Additional experience includes positions as Teamlead Operations at foodpanda Deutschland and various roles at Netigate, including Head of Account Management for the DACH region. Ole began the career with positions at Expedia, Kempinski Hotel Ishtar Dead Sea, and Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski München, where initial training in hospitality commenced. Ole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management from IU International University of Applied Sciences, earned between 2013 and 2016.
