Jacqueline Castillo

Jacqueline Castillo (Poole) serves as the Director of Operations and Communications at PFM since August 2020, bringing extensive experience in community consulting and marketing roles. Previous positions include Community Consultant at STARKADE, Marketing, Talent & GIFs at FITC, and Brand Catalyst at Revolve. Jacqueline has also held management roles at the Halifax Pop Explosion Festival and Conference, including Conference Manager and Showcase Coordinator. Early career experiences include event and decor staff at WOW Factor and craft development at The Orb Factory. Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Dalhousie University and a Diploma in Screen Arts from Nova Scotia Community College.
