Jimmy Uhing

Jimmy Uhing has worked in the software engineering industry since 2001. Jimmy began their career as an Intern at the Shodor Education Foundation, Inc., where they learned and developed examples of parallel programs in JavaSpaces. In 2004, they became the Information Technology Director at Allbrands.com, where they managed and enhanced web-site operations for a top e-commerce company specializing in Home & Garden. In 2006, they moved to CivicPlus, where they created, maintained, and programmed government and other miscellaneous government websites. In 2015, they joined TrustComm as a Senior Software Engineer and in 2021, they began working at PFP Cybersecurity as a Senior Software Engineer, developing embedded software and client applications for cybersecurity and supply chain security.

Jimmy Uhing completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2009. Jimmy then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins Engineering for Professionals, which they completed in 2019.
