Yongquan He

Yongquan Yongquan has been working in the technology field since 2013. Yongquan began their career at the University of Maryland as a Faculty/Senior Developer & Database Developer. In this role, they were in charge of the whole SDLC, architecture, models and development standard. Yongquan also focused on system performances, tuning, technical issues, and troubleshooting. Additionally, they researched and developed application systems. In 2017, Yongquan joined PFP Cybersecurity as a Lead Java Developer.

Yongquan Yongquan obtained two Master's degrees from 2003 to 2005. The first was from Fudan University and the second was from The University of Hong Kong, where they studied MBA.
