Steve Prebish

Steve Prebish has extensive legal experience as the Managing Partner at Patzik Frank & Samotny Ltd. since March 1994, specializing in consulting with closely held businesses and entrepreneurs on business and commercial law matters. Prior to this role, Steve served as an Associate at D'Ancona & Pflaum (now Seyfarth Shaw) from September 1990 to March 1994, where responsibilities included representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and contract negotiations while also participating in the hiring committee. Steve holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law, obtained between 1987 and 1990, and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completed in 1987.
