Mar Menendez Pastor

Mar Menendez Pastor is a seasoned business analyst and project director with extensive experience in financial services, particularly in credit recovery and insurance applications. Since joining pfsTECH in October 2014, Mar has led various projects, coordinated multi-client support teams, and managed user support operations. Prior experience includes working at Triodos Bank, where Mar coordinated the implementation of anti-money laundering regulations, and Banco de Valencia, where responsibilities ranged from directing the Organization Department to overseeing project migration and operational procedure maintenance. Mar holds a Licenciatura in Administration and Direction of Enterprises from Universidad de Castellón and an MBA from Escuela de Postgrado y Dirección de Estema, with additional training in hotel commercial management.
