Amy Compton-Phillips, MD, currently serves as President and Chief Physician Executive at Press Ganey, a position held since October 2022. Additionally, Amy is a Board Member of HIMSS and the Institute for Systems Biology, roles assumed in January 2021 and April 2016, respectively. Previously, Amy was the President of Clinical Operations at Providence from August 2015 to September 2022 and worked as a Healthcare Analyst for CNN between April 2020 and October 2021. With extensive board experience, Amy also served on the board of WellCare Health Plans from May 2018 to January 2020. Amy's earlier career at Kaiser Permanente spanned over two decades, culminating in the role of Chief Quality Officer for The Permanente Federation. Academically, Amy earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology from The Johns Hopkins University and a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine.
