Daniel Birch is a design leader with over 20 years of experience in building and scaling experience design capabilities across various industries, including financial services, travel, and technology. They currently serve as VP of Experience Design at PG Forsta, where they lead global product, UX, and research teams to create market-leading products. Previously, Birch held senior roles at Nationwide Building Society, TripAdvisor Rentals, and Shopzilla, where they focused on user experience design, product strategy, and team development. They graduated with a first-class degree in Graphic Design from Bath Spa University in 1996.
