Gay Lynn Hill

Elkhart native Gay Lynn Hill started volunteering for PMICIC August of 2019. In November 2019, she saw a need and eagerly embraced the role of Director of Volunteers in which she served until taking the role of VP of Professional Develop in February of 2021. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Scrum Master I (PSM-I), and Scaled Agile (SA) specialist. Gay Lynn has more than fifteen years in program and project management. She is currently a Program/Project Manager with Tata Consulting Services (TCS), serving a local pharmaceutical company in Indianapolis. Her area of expertise includes but is not limited to software development and implementation for the legal, education, and healthcare industry. Gay Lynn’s compassion towards the well-being of children led her in 2018 to be a volunteer for Marion County as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for the children, where she continues to serve our area. She is a graduate of Indiana University with a bachelor’s degree in Public Affairs. Gay Lynn enjoys spending time with family and friends, curling up with a good mystery novel and has a talent for crafting unique occasion gifts for cherished folks.
