Mark Weir

Mark Weir has extensive experience in the golf industry, currently serving as a Member Support Officer and previously as a Member Development Officer for the PGA of Australia since March 2015. Prior roles include Business Development Manager and Golf Manager at Links Hope Island, and Deputy General Manager, Director of Golf, and Golf Professional at Brookwater Golf & Country Club. Mark's career began at Bayview Golf Club as a Trainee Professional, Assistant Professional, Teaching Professional, and Golf Development Manager. Mark holds an Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Management from the PGA of Australia, Cert IV in Training and Assessment from Halo NT, and multiple diplomas in Business and Management from Bremer TAFE. Academic background includes a Professional Golf degree from the PGA of Australia and a high school education from Pittwater High School.
