Suzanne Burns

Suzanne Burns is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic business management, training, and compliance. Currently serving as Manager of the PGA of Australia Institute since November 2021, Suzanne is responsible for business development, regulatory compliance, program delivery, and staff management. Previously, as Managing Director at KnowledgeSpace from September 2018 to January 2022, Suzanne oversaw multi-national operations and customized learning solutions. Prior roles include Training and Assessment Consultant and Training and Compliance Coordinator at KnowledgeSpace Pty Ltd, and Training and Assessment Consultant at AIGts, where training delivery and compliance were key responsibilities. Early career experience includes project management at Switch Consulting Group. Suzanne holds a Diploma of Business and a Diploma in Human Resource Management, alongside a Bachelor of Applied Science.
