Michael Baliker has extensive experience in communications within the golf industry, currently serving as the Director of Communications for the PGA TOUR since January 2015, following a progressive career in various communication roles within the organization. Previously, Michael held positions as a Marketing Intern at Golf Channel and a Corporate Affairs Intern at Augusta National Golf Club, where responsibilities included content creation and media relations. Michael also gained hands-on experience as a Communications Intern with the American Junior Golf Association, managing tournament communications and media relations. A graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies, Michael has developed a comprehensive understanding of communications and marketing strategies in sports.
