Chowdhury Zia-Ul Hasan

Chowdhury Zia-Ul Hasan has extensive experience in the engineering sector, currently serving as Sub-divisional Engineer in Procurement at Power Grid Company of Bangladesh Limited since July 2017, where responsibilities include contract inspection and managing procurement activities. Additionally, Chowdhury has held the position of Grid Incharge at Mirpur 132/33kV Grid Sub-Station, overseeing staff assignments and documentation of operational data, and previously worked as Assistant Engineer in the Telecom & RTU Division, focusing on maintenance and SCADA integration. Prior to joining PGCB, Chowdhury worked at Bangla Trac Communications Limited as an Engineer and Intern in the NOC, leading a team to manage call connectivity and troubleshoot issues. Chowdhury holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering and Technology, earned in June 2015.
