Will Pendleton

Will Pendleton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and account management. Currently serving as a Senior US Expansion Consultant at PGC Group since November 2021, Will specializes in helping recruitment agencies and businesses navigate their entry into the US market. This role includes guiding clients from initial business strategies to the complexities of operating a company in the US and establishing a workforce across North America. Prior to PGC Group, Will held various positions at Parasol from June 2018 to November 2021, progressing from Junior Account Manager to Key Account Manager. Additionally, Will completed a Management Trainee program at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 2018. Will Pendleton earned a BSc (Hons) in Geography from The University of Manchester between 2014 and 2017.
