Fcca Piotr Krupa

Piotr Krupa, FCCA, PMP has extensive work experience in financial management and SAP implementation projects. Piotr served as the Head of Financial Transformation for PGE Energia Ciepła S.A. from 2010, where they successfully managed SAP implementation projects, merges, acquisitions, and carve-outs. Piotr was responsible for all phases of the project, including blueprint preparation, team organization, schedule preparation and control, testing, and training. Piotr also acted as a key user for SAP FI module, managing changes and ensuring legal compliance with tax laws. Additionally, they reviewed business needs and initiated process improvements, designed and reengineered processes before IT implementation, and implemented business warehouse reports. Prior to that, they worked as a Team Leader SAP CO Implementation for EDF Group at EDF Polska Sp. z o.o., where they led the implementation of standardized SAP CO module for 9 entities of EDF Group in Poland. Piotr was also responsible for identifying business requirements, defining target processes, preparing the Controlling concept in SAP, and managing a team of 10 people. Piotr successfully implemented the SAP CO module and provided post-implementation support. Before that, they gained experience as a Financial Controller and Accountant/Financial Analyst at EDF Group - Combined Heat and Power Plant in Kraków. In these roles, they were responsible for financial planning, preparation of budgets, forecasts, and mid-term plans, as well as managing data gathering within the company. Piotr Krupa holds the FCCA and PMP certifications.

Piotr Krupa, FCCA, PMP, has a strong educational background in financial management and accounting. Piotr obtained their Master's degree in Financial Management from AGH University of Krakow in 2002. During this time, they also pursued further studies at Teesside University, completing another Master's degree in Financial Management in 2002.

In 2002, Piotr continued their educational journey by pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Accounting at Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie, which they completed in 2003.

To enhance their skills and expertise, Piotr obtained several additional certifications. In 2012, they received the ACCA certification from ACCA. Piotr further expanded their knowledge in project management by obtaining the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2018. Piotr also obtained the ITIL Foundation certification from PeopleCert and completed the DAT207x: Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Power BI program offered by Microsoft in the same year. In 2019, Piotr gained the PRINCE2 Practitioner 2017 certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.

Piotr's commitment to continuous learning and professional development is evident in their recent pursuit of a Postgraduate Degree in Data Science from AGH University of Krakow, which they are expected to complete in 2021.
