Tomasz Nalepa

Tomasz Nalepa has extensive experience in IT service management, currently serving as an IT Service Specialist at PGE Energia Ciepła S.A. since June 2010, where responsibilities include handling service requests through CA IT Service Management. Previous roles include IT Service Specialist at EDF Polska and IT Service Specialist at Kefirek, as well as Chief IT Specialist at Zikit-UMK. Educational qualifications include studies in Computer Science in Management at AGH and training at TGO Kraków.
