Adam, Henryk Pustelnik has a diverse work experience in various companies. Adam, Henryk is currently working as the Chief Executive Officer at PGE Asekuracja S.A. since May 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Risk & Insurance Department Director at PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna starting from September 2020. In addition, Adam has been the Owner of AHPROFIT Limited Liability Partnership, a business consulting company, since February 2012. Throughout their career, they have also served as a Member of the Supervisory Board at PGE Dystrybucja S.A., Vice President of the Management Board at PWS Konstanta S.A., Vice Chairman of Health and Accidental Insurance Commission at the Polish Chamber of Insurers, President of the Management Board at Signal Iduna Poland, and General Manager at Genworth Financial Poland. Adam, Henryk has also been involved with the Insurance Institute in Poland and AIG Polska Insurance Company as a Board Member.

Adam Pustelnik has a PhD in economy from SGH (University of Economics), which they obtained in 2005 from the Social – Economic Faculty. Prior to that, they pursued their Doctorate Studies on Economics at SGH from 1998 to 2001. Furthermore, they hold a MA degree in geology from Silesian University in Katowice, which they completed in the period of 1985 to 1991, specializing in Engineering Geology.
