Marceli Tauzowski has a diverse and extensive work experience in the renewable energy sector. Marceli began their career as a Wind Energy Analyst at Iberdrola Engineering and Construction Poland, where they analyzed wind data, designed wind farm layouts, and supervised meteorological mast installation and maintenance. Marceli then joined DNV as a Wind Energy Analyst, specializing in conducting wind energy and site condition assessments. Marceli later became the Team Lead for Wind Measurements and Energy Assessments, where they supervised a team and managed various wind farm projects. Marceli also worked at Wood Thilsted as the Lead Offshore Wind Engineer and Country Manager for Poland. Currently, they hold senior leadership positions at PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna, serving as a Senior Technical Expert and Team Lead in Offshore Wind Farm Engineering, as well as a Senior Team Lead in Offshore Survey & Site Investigation. Marceli demonstrates a deep understanding and expertise in the field of offshore wind energy.
Marceli Tauzowski's education history includes obtaining an MSc Eng. degree in Renewable Energy Engineering from AGH University of Krakow from 2002 to 2008. In 2016 to 2017, they completed a postgraduation diploma in data science, specifically Data Engineering - Big Data, at SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Recently, in 2021 to 2022, Marceli pursued an MBA - Master of Business Administration at Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu - National Louis University w Nowym Sączu. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Negotiations - Preparation, Argumentation, Convincing from Akademia Leona Koźmińskiego (Kozminski University) in 2019, PRINCE2® Foundation from PeopleCert in 2018, Basic Wind Engineering Course from GERMANISCHER LLOYD in 2014, and Thermal Solar Installations & PV Systems - Design & Installation Course from PCKP in 2007.
