Carlos M. Hernandez

Most recently, Mr. Hernandez spent 13 years at Fluor Corporation, in a variety of roles including Chief Executive Officer, Interim Chief Executive Officer, and Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary. In his previous role, he served as General Counsel and Secretary of Arcelor Mittal Americas, a major steel producer that is part of the ArcelorMittal steel group. Mr. Hernandez brings decades of executive leadership experience in key industries. His career has spanned engineering, procurement, manufacturing and distribution companies, and his expertise includes risk management, safety and environmental matters, governance, compliance and law.
