Chad Garrett is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in both the military and civilian sectors. Currently serving as a Transmission and Substation Project Manager at Pacific Gas and Electric Company since July 2025, Chad also holds the position of Observer/Coach/Trainer Team Manager in the US Army, overseeing a team focused on operational readiness. Previously, Chad managed a portfolio of over $40 million in projects at Ulteig, contributing to Denver's energy infrastructure, and held various leadership roles in the US Army for nearly a decade, including Procurement Manager and Program Manager, where responsibilities included equipment fielding and team readiness for complex operations. Chad holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Virginia Commonwealth University, alongside an Associate's degree from Richard Bland College.
