Craig Young

Craig Young is an experienced hazard threat analyst currently serving as an Expert Hazard Threat Analyst at Pacific Gas and Electric Company since April 2021. Prior to this role, Craig held significant positions with the City of Stockton, CA, including Planning Section Chief in the Emergency Operations Center during the COVID-19 pandemic and roles as Captain in Fire Suppression, Hazardous Materials Specialist, and Paramedic. Additional experience includes managing the Homeless Outreach Training Team during the pandemic, serving as Fire Duty Chief for Black Rock City LLC, and instructing Paramedic and EMT courses at NCTI and American Health Education. Craig also has entrepreneurial experience as the owner of Bay Area CPR Instruction and began a career in public safety as a firefighter with the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE).
