Dennis Kwan

Dennis Kwan is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in substation design and standards. Since December 2015, Dennis has held various titles at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, progressing from Substation Design Engineer to Senior Consulting Substation Standards Engineer. Prior to this, Dennis worked as an Electrical Engineer at Gordon Prill, Inc. from August 2011 to December 2015. Dennis earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, completing the program in 2011.
